Personal Health Restoring Program
Following are a few suggestions
- Drink four to six glasses of chemical-free water daily.
- Take ESSIAC daily (it's an excellent cleanser and also helps disperse cancer cells).
- Avoid if possible or reduce meat, dairy and fish. (It is not
easy for meat eaters to switch so abruptly so it is best to
stick with fish and free-range poultry).
- Avoid or reduce coffee/tea and replace with home-made
vegetable broth seasoned with Dr. Braggs amino acid product
- Lots of fruit and carrot/vegetable juices daily. Don't mix fruit
with vegetables. For watermelons, juice the skin too.
- Lots of raw vegetables and fruit. For cooked vegetables, steam only.
- Rice with lentil or mung beans or both. Best cooked in vegetable broth.
- Avoid sugar, pastries and all those other goodies.
- Low salt --sea salt only. Shun Windsor salt.
- Fast or liquid diet for three days at least once a month.
- One coffee enema during fasting period.**
- Walk in fresh air as much as possible ( three to five miles daily).
**The reason for the coffee enema is that for people who have not made a practice of colon cleansing, a sheath will develop on the walls of the lower bowel which inhibits proper functioning. Colonics clears it and professional help with this is widely available.
