Q. Do you take ESSIAC straight or dilute it?

A. It can be taken straight, warm or cold, or diluted by an equal amount of hot
water.

Q. Can it be sweetened?   A. Yes, with honey

Q. Can ESSIAC be used in conjunction with other treatments such as
chemotherapy?   A. Yes. Many report it helps with side effects.

Q. How much should one take?   A. Normal suggested usage is two ounces every
12 hours on an empty stomach. However, increased usage is practiced by some
users -- usually 2 to 3 ounces every eight hours.

Q. Are there any side effects.   A. The only discomfort one might experience has
to do with detours -- symptoms related to elimination such as increased bowel
activity.

Q. How long should one take ESSIAC?   A. This is a personal decision related to
one's condition. The rule of thumb is until health is restored. Many continue to
take a maintenance dose of two ounces daily.
